Collaboration with The Curve for a 10-meter water slide festival. Tecship led branding setup, ticketing operations, safety controls, and full site execution over a 20-day run.

Context

Slide the Curve was a public water-slide activation staged inside the Curve, Mutiara Damansara, from 3–22 September 2024 (20 days of operation). Legacy materials describe a collaboration with the mall for a 10-meter water-slide festival.

Tecship Corp supported the activation end-to-end in an active retail environment: temporary attraction footprint, branded presentation, registration flow, and daily guest handling from setup through teardown.

Scope

  • Branding setup — branded event elements aligned with the Curve retail environment and campaign identity.
  • Ticketing & entry flow — ticket handling, registration, and orderly intake during operating hours.
  • Safety readiness — daily safety controls and operational readiness across the run.
  • Day-to-day operations — guest movement, operating rhythm, and front-of-house execution in a live mall setting.
  • Teardown & site reset — closeout and handback after the operating window.

Outcomes

  • Full 20-day operating period delivered on the legacy schedule.
  • Attraction framed around a 10-meter water-slide installation.
  • Operating priorities emphasized retail integration, consistent guest experience, reliable entry flow, controlled daily readiness, and disciplined closeout.
