U.S.–Malaysia Bilateral Joint Exercise

Context
In 2025, Tecship Corp delivered Base Shelter & Sustainment for a U.S.–Malaysia bilateral training exercise conducted under U.S. Army Pacific Pathway.
The exercise spanned approximately 30 days across multiple locations in Peninsular Malaysia, requiring coordinated delivery of infrastructure, sanitation, power, hygiene, logistics, and interpreter services for up to 700 U.S. military and civilian personnel.
All services were coordinated through one accountable channel with the exercise team, keeping delivery aligned as operational needs evolved across the footprint.
Scope
93 service lines delivered across six operational areas. Each location ran on its own timeline and was tailored to the mission profile of that site.
- Main Operating Base · LSA (22 lines, 350–400 PAX), sleeping tents with cots, 34 portable latrines, 18 handwashing stations, DFAC tents seating 100, TOC/ALOC command tents, aid station, 150kVA generators (4–6 sets), 50+ shower heads across 10–15 trailer units, daily laundry for 300+ PAX, flood lighting (10–18 sets), refrigerated trailer, ice, medical waste disposal, and full furniture lots.
- Coastal port site (19 lines, two rotations), portable latrines, handwashing, medium A/C tent with flooring, 5kW generator, flood lighting, dumpster service, folding furniture, ice production.
- Naval base site (16 lines, continuous coverage), latrines, handwashing, generator support for 80 PAX, medium and large A/C tents, classroom tent, refrigerated trailer, ice, folding furniture for 100+ briefings.
- MEDEVAC HLZ area (11 lines, forward support), sleeping tent, 6 latrines, shower trailer, 30 cots, laundry for 30 PAX, refrigerated trailer, dumpster, ice delivery.
- Field training exercise sites (7 lines, two FTX locations), Assembly Area and Forward AA: 15 latrines each, handwashing stations, dumpsters, 200 lbs daily ice delivery to remote grid coordinates.
- SMEE locations (14 lines, four exchange sites), EOD/CHEM, MDO/Intel, Legal, Medical, and MP sites: canopy tents, A/C, latrines, handwashing, dumpsters, furniture across separate grid coordinates.
Interpreter services: 5 simultaneous interpreters across 4 locations supporting logistics coordination, field training activity, and medical training lanes.
